At the gates of Essaouira, the Golf de Mogador is set up on the heights of the village of Diabat, at the foot of the magnificent 5* Sofitel Mogador Golf & Spa hotel. Designed by Gary Player, it has become the essential reference for golf destinations in Morocco and has gained a strong reputation since its opening in 2009 and offers 2 courses: one of 18 holes and the other of 13 holes. This contemporary 353 m² single-storey villa is located in the secure Golf de Mogador resort on a private plot of 1,543 m².

The living space is bathed in light thanks to large double-glazed aluminium sliding windows offering a magnificent view of the outdoor terraces, the mature lawned garden, planted with palm trees and other vegetation as well as the 9 x 4 m heated swimming pool.

The dining room is the link between a double living room with a fireplace and the open, fully equipped kitchen.
