20 minutes from Essaouira, accessible by a tarmac road which winds among the argan trees, this property classified 2nd category Guest House and built in 2016, offers a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding countryside as well as the Ocean.

Built on a plot of 1500 m², its living space is 260 m² spread over 3 levels.

From the entrance, the charm of the contemporary country house operates.

Inside, all the modern comforts are mixed with traditional materials, thus revealing the perfect combo for an atypical living environment.

The villa is designed in a U shape and each room has a view overlooking the 8 mx 5 m infinity pool.

On the ground floor, a large Western-style living room with fireplace opens onto a dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen. A utility room and laundry room allows you to manage the stewardship of the house.

Access to the exterior is via large sliding bay windows, all double-glazed, guaranteeing sound and thermal protection.

An openwork pergola, facing the swimming pool, houses a dining area with a view of the ocean.

A barbecue area with an equipped kitchen, plancha and fireplace extends the terrace with Moroccan benches.

On either side of the swimming pool, two large bedrooms with storage and shower rooms complete this level. Each room has a private terrace facing the West and the Ocean.
