Medina

Built at the end of the 18th century, it is the historic heart of the city and the main center of activity with the port. Surrounded by a Vauban-style wall, the Medina is protected by fortifications where the European style blends harmoniously with the Arab-Muslim style. The Sqala de la Kasbah is an example accessible and open to the public of these fortifications where the walls are still under attack from the ocean. Inside, the maze of alleys divides the districts and the various souks. Fairly organized despite everything, the souk offers all types of products. Clothing rubs shoulders with spices, necklaces, bracelets and other items follow olives and other fruits and vegetables. There are many restaurants where the fresh fish caught in the morning is cooked for lunch or dinner. Many other typical dishes are also offered and it is good to stop on a terrace, in the refreshing shade of the trees. The Medina was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001.

Located in a quiet and popular area of the medina, this magnificent house called "dar" of 80 m² on the ground combines brightness, rare volumes and tranquility. It is distinguished by its atmosphere inspired by Andalusian and oriental houses, offering a peaceful and refined living environment.

Its riad style gives it the charm of traditional houses in the Medina, offering its occupants or visitors an immersion in a typically Moroccan era and lifestyle.

Ground floor:

- A dining room that can accommodate around twenty guests
- A kitchen and a pantry
First floor:
- A corridor leads to four bedrooms and three bathrooms
Second floor:
- A cozy and bright living room
- Two bedrooms, three bathrooms (one used as a laundry room)
- A terrace
Third floor:
- A beautiful master suite with private bathroom
- A large private terrace accessible from the bedroom or a corridor for guests
Solarium:
- Access from the master suite via a solid staircase
- Sheltered space and third terrace

Handcrafted finishes: Respectful of Moroccan craftsmanship, materials such as bejmat, tadelakt, wooden frames, cement tiles, and zelliges, create a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Neighborhood and living environment: The neighborhood is quiet and well frequented, a stone's throw from the Skala. The premises are in very good condition and regularly maintained.

Furniture and decoration: The house is sold furnished, with the exception of personal effects and some valuable decorative items.
